Canada Needs To Strenghten Exports

Agriculture plays a key role in Canada’s exports.  Perrin Beatty is the President and

C-E-O for the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters.   He says we need to continually work towards becoming more competitive in the global marketplace.  Beatty says we can do this by driving out all costs that they can, that it has business plans that are in tune with the needs of 21^st Century, government has to get it’s house in order with a competitive tax and regulatory system that doesn’t hold business back.  Beatty was the keynote speaker during Saskatchewan Trade and Export’s  final segment in their 10^th anniversary speakers series held  yesterday in Saskatoon.
