This Friday will mark the 30th anniversary of that tragic day in 1986 when the Broncos bus crashed just east of the city on it's way to Regina for a game with the Pats. The crash killed Trent Kresse, Scott Kruger, Chris Mantyka, and Brent Ruff. A special ceremony is being held Friday around 12:00pm at the sight of the crash east of the city where a memorial will be unveiled to honor those lives lost on that tragic day. People are being asked to be there by 11. The days events will continue Friday night with a special pregame ceremony at the Bronco game vs. Saskatoon, that will include 34 family members of the four players who died on the ice before the game.
