The Funeral Service for Mr. Jacob R. (Jake) Hildebrandt of the Meadows in Swift Current and formerly of the Wymark district will take place on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm from the Bridgeway Community Church in Swift Current with Pastor Dwayne Easton officiating.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Swift Current Funeral Home.
The Private Interment Service for the Family and Relatives of Mr. Jake Hildebrandt will precede the Funeral Service and take place at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Swift Current on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
In Memory of Jake Hildebrandt, donations to the Dr. Noble Irwin Healthcare Foundation for the Swift Current Dialysis Unit, would be appreciated by the family.
