Ricardo Morin could be pursuing legal action following a recent article detailing an email sent to a Safe Places donor.

Last week The Southwest Booster stated Morin sent an email to a local community group earlier this year after the organization made a donation to the Safe Places initiative.

Since the report has been made public, Morin has received legal advice not to comment further on the matter at this time.

However, his legal counsel has issued a statement towards The Southwest Booster , which Morin supplied to SwiftCurrentOnline.

The statement calls for a submission of un-edited audio of Morin's conversation, as well as a written apology by Friday, September 30th.

If no apology is issued by Friday, Morin's legal team will take legal action.

Below is a copy of the statement in its entirety provided by Ricardo Morin on behalf of his legal counsel.
