The Province is set to hand down its Annual Budget tomorrow.

Premier Brad Wall has made it clear that when it comes to budget cuts or impacts nothing is off the table.

Agriculture Minister Lyle Stewart was asked about speculation of a potential loss of PST exemptions for farmers.

"It would be an added expense, probably not in the neighbourhood of a carbon tax but a substantial expense if it was eliminated across the board," he said.

The Province is trying to find ways to deal with a deficit of about $1.2 billion dollars.

"It's going to be a tough budget, it's going to be a tough budget for everybody in the province," Stewart said. "I think the Finance Ministers goal is to spread the discomfort around as equally and fairly as possible. Farmers can take from that what they will, but it's not going to be a fun budget."

Last week the Premier told SARM delegates that the Province is stronger today but revenues to the government are weak.
