Canadian Western Agribition is just over a month away.

The annual event runs November 20th to the 25th at Regina’s Evraz Place.

This year’s show includes full use of the new International Trade Centre which now connects all buildings on the grounds.

Agribition President Bruce Holmquist says everything is coming together nicely.

"Entries are up for all the beff cattle down in the commercial barn," he said. "New building that we're going to be moving into so really excting in that regard. I think part of the interest increase is because of that, some people are coming back that haven't been her for a few years."

Holmquist says from facilities to programming everything is coming together noting there’s a real sense of excitement around the show this year.

"It's a great marketplace for anybody that has product to sell whether it be livestock, genetics, things from the trade show and equipment," Homquist explains. "The world comes to meet at Canadian Western Agribition and it's not just about the entertainment, although it's great. There is also a huge trade aspect of it as well."

On the entertainment side there’s the High School Rodeo and Equine Extravaganza, Chore team events and a Steer Riding Rodeo School, Full Contact Jousting and Running with the Bulls is back, and this year Mini Chuckwagon Races during the Agribition Pro Rodeo.
