Cattle producers are being asked to get involved and give their feedback on a variety of issues.

It’s all part of the Saskatchewan Stock Growers Producer survey.

General Manager Chad MacPherson explained the benefits of the survey.

"We take the information and it gives us an opportunity to hear from grassroots producers that we normally may not hear from," he said.

"It makes us aware of issues that we may not be aware of and it helps shape different internal policies and directions for the organization."

MacPherson then talked about what producers can expect to see on the survey.

"The survey covers all kinds of things on demographics, trends, issues of expansion or contraction, as well as perception of the organization, and different policy and advocacy issues that we should be focusing on," he said.

Producers can go to the www.skstockgrowers/survey until June 1st to fill out the survey.
