The Board of Directors for Gardiner Dam Terminal have approved an issuer bid to repurchase for cancellation about 7.5% of the issued and outstanding shares .

The purchase price for Class "A" and "B" Shares is set a $900 per Share based on the terms and conditions set forth in the issuer bid circular and letter dated March 30, 2017.

The Offer expires at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017, unless extended, varied or withdrawn.

GDT reserves the right to withdraw the Offer and not take up and pay for any Shares deposited under the Offer unless such conditions are satisfied.

Shareholders should read the Issuer Bid Circular, the Letter of Transmittal, and the Valuation carefully and in their entirety before making a decision with respect to the Offer.

Gardiner Dam Terminal Ltd. is a producer-owned company that jointly owns and operates an inland grain terminal located near Strongfield, Saskatchewan, together with Viterra Inc.

It also independently owns and operates crop input supply businesses near Strongfield, Broderick, and Tullis.
