Pattison Agriculture has finalized plans to upgrade their Leader store.

Arthur Ward, President of Pattison Agriculture says they are more than doubling the size of their operation.

He says the renovation is already underway on the old Micada Industries shop on the north side of Leader.

"The equipment has gotten considerably larger than it was in the old days. You know the machines are wider, they're taller, they're longer and we're limited as to what we could get inside our existing facility because of the door height and the ceiling height."

The new location is 9600 square feet and will house their office, parts and showroom while they will be adding another 8400 square feet that will house their service and shop area.

Ward says they’ll be working on the renovation and construction over the next year.
