Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture is once again partnering with industry to host a Crop Diagnostic School.

This year’s event is coming up July 25th & 26th at the Indian Head Agricultural Research Foundation.

Individuals can choose which day fits into their schedule better.

Regional Crop Specialist Kaeley Kindrachuk says the one-day session is a hands-on learning opportunity.

"The first one is weed management, disease management." she said. "We've got sprayer application technology, insect scouting and ID. The fifth and sixth stations are soils and fertility so we have split it up this year into two different sessions."

The event is an opportunity for producers, industry reps, agronomists and more to hone their diagnostic skills and field scouting knowledge.
