The Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame recently inducted five individuals for 2018.

This year’s inductees include Ted Bilyea an Agricultural Business Leader from Ontario, Peter Dhillon a Cranberry Farmer and Business Man from  British Columbia, Wilf Keller from Saskatchewan,  a Plant Scientist, President, and CEO of Ag-West Bio,  Agricultural Economist Larry Martin of Ontario and Former Federal Agriculture Minister  Gerry Ritz of Saskatchewan.

The five men were recognized for their outstanding contributions to Canadian agriculture throughout their careers.

Guy Charbonneau, President of the Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame Association says these five men have all laid game-changing groundwork in the Agriculture sector.

"Our industry and our reputation are stronger because each of these individuals have dedicated their careers, their innovation and their leadership to Canadian agriculture."
