The Swift Current 18U AAA 57's went .500 in their own 18U AAA Saskatchewan Selects Tournament over the long weekend.

Third basemen Rydell Adair hit a walk-off two-run homer in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift Swift Current past White Butte 10-8 in their first game on Friday.

Swift Current's bats cooled off on Saturday falling 14-0 to the Saskatoon Cubs in game two.

The 57's bounced back with a 3-2 win on Sunday over the Calgary Cubs in game three. Pitcher Kyrell Adair allowed just two earned runs over six innings while striking out eight.

In the 57's final game of the tournament, they came up just short against the Saskatoon Diamondbacks 13-10. Catcher Rydell Adair and centre fielder Carson Rokochy each had home runs in the loss.

The East Central Red Sox beat the Regina Athletics to win the tournament.
