Update: 3:05 p.m.

The driver of the Chevrolet Cruze was charged for failing to stop at the red light in Swift Current's downtown core, under the Traffic Safety Act.

The Swift Current City RCMP received a call at 12:08 p.m. about the collision at the intersection on Second Avenue North East and Cheadle Street East.

The driver of a grey Chevrolet Cruze failed to make a stop at the lights, colliding with a grey Honda Pilot. 

Nobody was injured as a result of the crash.

No injuries but a lot of damage after a two-vehicle crash by Great Plains College around the lunch hour.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Cheadle Street East and 2nd Avenue North East between a silver SUV and grey car.

Emergency services were all on scene shortly after the incident occurred checking on the individuals involved and their vehicles.
