A major infrastructure project on the City's northeast side will impact traffic for the next few weeks.

Work will begin today on a creek bank rehabilitation project on 6th Avenue Northeast that will close the street from Herbert Street to Bray Street.

According to the City, the road closure right in front of the Lt. Colonel Clifton Centre will last roughly three weeks.

Swift Current's Knudsen Excavating Ltd. will be carrying out the project for around $93,000.
