The Swift Current Midget Indians will again have to settle for the title of Provincial Finalists.

The Tribe only lost one game in three-day Provincial "AA' Midget Championship, but it was the game that mattered the most.

Yorkton picked up a 3-1 win in the championship game as the Midget Indians' bats went silent for the 1st time all tournament long.

The Indians still advance to Western Canadian Championships as they will be played in Yorkton.  Swift Current will head in as provincial runners-up.

That tournament is now two weeks away.
