The Stockage at Kinetic Park brought in many vendors for Frontier Days, selling wares of all sorts, along with food and fashion.

The tradeshow at Frontier Days is a staple of the Swift Current tradition, as it brings businesses from within the community and outside to showcase the fruit of their hard work. Inclement weather brought many patrons inside, giving the vendors even more business than usual.

Glenda Allan, one of the volunteer organizers of the trade show was pleased with the selection of merchandise on offer.

“There's a few more vendors this year, and there are some unique vendors,” Allan explained. “Some of the old faithfuls are back. We’ve got some good variety, there's a lot of interesting stuff. It's not just your usual same old vendors.”

Some notable vendors included DLO Metalworks, Pizzazz Rentals, Easy Slice, and Rubber Stone. The stockade was filled with food, fashion, and handmade goods, drawing many fairgoers inside through stints of rain.

“Easy slice has got the coolest knives, the only knives you would ever need,” said Allan. “There's handmade jewelry, crystals, and lots of hats selling. It was really cool watching the hats go last night. All the young kids, they're out of school, so they're out there and they wore all these hats blinking through fair; that was fun.”

Glenda Allan stated that they are always looking for vendors trying to expand the trade show for the fair people to come in, look, and get ideas.
