Environment Canada Weather has issued a Frost Advisory for the southwest.

A building ridge of high pressure from Alberta will lead to clear skies and light winds this evening causing the temperatures to fall to the freezing mark across parts of western Saskatchewan.

Cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas and take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.

Milder air and increasing cloud cover will keep temperatures warmer on Wednesday night so subsequent frost advisories are not expected.
