Curtis Ptolemy Memorial Tournament results

A handful of Swift Current lacrosse players returned home with some hardware over the weekend.

Four Swift Current players suited up for the gold medal-winning U13 South Sask Stealth team at the Curtis Ptolemy Memorial Tournament in Saskatoon.

The U13 Stealth went a perfect 6-0 and beat the Regina Barracudas in the final 11-2.

It was a silver medal for the U15 Stealth team in the same tournament that had six locals.

They went 3-0 in pool play before losing to the Rockyview Rage 8-5 in the finals.

And the U17 Stealth team struggled in tournament action going 0-3-1. They had five from Swift Current on the squad.

Rampage results

The Swift Current Rampage U13 squad returned to league play yesterday against the Saskatoon Swat and won both games by scores of 10-4 and 12-5.

The Swift Current Rampage U15 also won both of their games yesterday, 12-5 and 6-5 over the North Sask Predators.

And the Swift Current Rampage U17 earned a split versus the Saskatoon Swat, winning 14-9 and losing 10-6.
