Ponteix RCMP responded to a break-in reported in the hamlet of McCord, Saskatchewan earlier this week.

Constable Wayne arrived on the scene to find that the property in question had been forcibly entered, with some damages.

Corporal Perry Pelletier offered his account of the available information from what was found at the scene.

"Sometime during the evening hours of May 28 to May 29, a business in the small town of McCord, Saskatchewan, was entered forcefully causing some damage," recapped Pelletier.

Two suspects have been identified so far in the investigation.

Among the pilfered goods were tires of various sizes, fence energizer, quantities of ammunition, and a large safe.

"The contents of which were not too sure," revealed Pelletier. "It maybe held a few $100, but again, we're not too sure on that."

The thieves were not seen departing, so there is no vehicle description available or direction of departure.
