If you haven’t noticed already – Rexall has moved!

Now located in the North Side Medical Clinic building, the staff are looking forward to serving their clients better.

“We’re the first line of contact for patients,” says Chalane Baker, Pharmacy Manager. “So we’re excited to be working alongside physicians again. It’s the best place to provide patient care.”

Rexall has been without in-clinic physicians since 2016, which has created barriers to patient care and awareness of Rexall’s location.


“It was harder to work with patients,” says Front of Store Manager Sheyanne Nagel. “We were out of the way, tucked in a little nook. No one really knew we existed.”

“It’s so much easier having the clinic right there,” she continues. “People can come right over after their appointments and be in and out in six minutes.”

Having been an integral part of the community since the 1950s, the Rexall team has always made an effort to get to know their patients. “They know you by name, by your face, your eyebrow shape,” Sheyanne laughs. “They just have to see you walk in and they’ll have your prescription in hand.”

“We’re really proud of our team,” adds Chalene. “We’ve all been here a really long time – most of us 15-plus years, and we’re excited to meet all the new people in our new location.”

They’re also eager to make getting your prescription as convenient as possible. With the Be Well app, patients can see all their prescriptions and remaining refills in one place, and can easily order them online.

“And if you need any help with it,” says Sheyanne, “We’re happy to sit down with you and show you how to use it. It’s super easy.”

In addition to incredible patient care, they’re also huge advocates for community support.

“We do Ride for Dad every year. And when we moved locations, we donated almost 1-thousand-dollars in merchandise that we weren’t going to carry anymore,” says Chalene.

“We’ve always prided ourselves on being a small-town corner store pharmacy,” she continues. “We love our community and like to get to know all our patients, and we’re just happy to be here and help as best as we can.”

Filling your prescriptions or getting health advice can feel intimidating and time-consuming, so having people like Chalene and Sheyanne at your side can make a huge difference.
