S3 Group has been honoured with two incredible titles at the 25th annual Spirit of Swift Current Business Excellence Awards, where even a single accreditation does not come without hard work.
S3 Group has won the Large Business of the Year Award and was also inducted into the Swift Current Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame. The business has been operating in this community since 1966 and defines itself as an industrial organization intended to provide solutions to multi-industry OEMs, Agricultural distributors, dealers, and retail.
CEO of S3 Group Richele Andreas was presented with the Inductee Award.
“We're just so grateful and humbled by this honour,” expressed Andreas. “This is a team effort, and my team deserves all the credit in the world for what they've done over the last few years. I think the future of S3 is pretty vibrant. We've got a tremendous amount of opportunity and Swift Current has always been home.”
The Large Business of the Year Award was received by S3 Group’s Director of Business Development Kelly Silbernagel.
“It feels pretty good; I think we take a lot of pride in the Community and try to be a good employer and a large business and just being recognized right here is quite an honour,” stated Silbernagel. “Everybody wants to have good employees, good customers and a good work ethic, and there's got to be that focus... I think the Board of Directors and ownership group are doing a great job of putting great people in place and it's helping us grow as a business.”
S3 Group’s recognition has been attributed to the programs in which they are active, such as Canada’s Farm Show, Ag-in-Motion, the 57’s, S3 Arenas, and The Swift Current Curling Club, along with many other projects ensuring a strong commitment to the community.
