For the senior outdoor enthusiasts out there, take note!

Saskatchewan Environment would like to remind seniors aged 65 and older that there is a new perk available for the 2006 season; the Seniors' Gold Plan.

The plan includes free park entry at any provincial park, as well as a free fishing license for the season.

If you've already purchased your fishing license already this year, don't worry.

Sask Environment's, Art Jones says that seniors who have already purchased a license for the fishing year can get a full refund by stopping in at any Sask Environment office.

Jones says plans are to continue the Seniors' Gold Plan into the future, with no current expiry date set.
