Maple Creek's Heritage Festival happens this Saturday July 9.

And the community is welcoming everyone back out to enjoy the day.

Savannah Mass is the Maple Creek Communications and Tourism Manager.

She said, "The Heritage Festival is an annual event. This would be the 11th Annual, unfortunately we did have a hiccup between 2020 and 2021 due to COVID. It's traditionally always the second Saturday in July."

Saturday will include events such as a pancake breakfast and parade, followed by the opening ceremonies and lots of downtown activities including cowboy poetry, pedal tractors and face painting for the kids, a petting zoo, live music, and horse and wagon rides.
