After a two year absence due to the pandemic, The Braydon Coburn Hockey School returns to Shaunavon July 11 to 15.

Greg Coburn from the organizing committee says they have about 80 kids of all ages registered for this year's school and a number of activities are planned

"So, we'll have on-ice obviously, we hired a Powerskating Platinum Star out of Medicine Hat that will be down, and then they'll also have some off-ice stuff. We usually play games such as soccer, stuff like that, and then, we'll also do some dryland training."

Greg will be on hand helping Braydon with the training, as well as hockey players Andrew Johnson,  and Shaunavon locals Dyson Stevenson, Kale Kessy and Kole Lind, who all attended the school in their younger years.

Coburn adds it's great to help all the kids progress and find their passion and have fun for the week.
