In the September 25 COVID-19 update from The Saskatchewan Health Authority they are reporting a total of eleven new cases of the virus in the province.

Of those eleven new cases there is one located in the North West zone, three in the North Central zone, three in the Saskatoon zone, one in the Central East zone, one in the Regina zone, and one in the South East zone There is one case's location pending.

That brings the provincial number of cases to 1,846, of which 123 are considered active.

In the South West zone there are three active cases.

There have been a total of eighteen recoveries today, bringing that provincial total to 1,699.

There are eight people in hospital. Of those eight, all are receiving inpatient care, seven in Saskatoon and one in the South Central zone.

There have been twenty four deaths related to COVID-19.

To date, there has been 180,232 COVID-19 tests performed in Saskatchewan.

And yesterday, there were 1,742 COVID-19 tests done.
