In the November 25 COVID-19 update from The Saskatchewan Health Authority they are reporting a total of 164 new cases of the virus.

The seven-day average of daily cases is 214 (17.7 new cases per 100,000 population).

Of those 164 new cases, there are 7 in the Far North West zone, 3 in the Far North Central zone, 8 in the Far North East zone, 1 in the North West zone, 10 in the North Central zone, 5 in the North East zone, 37 in the Saskatoon zone, 3 in the Central East zone, and 69 in the Regina zone.

Here in our area there are 9 in the South West zone, 1 in the South Central zone, and 9 in the South East zone.

There are 2 new cases which have pending residence information.

One case with pending residence information was assigned to the South Central zone.

That brings the provincial total number of COVID-19 cases to 7,047, of which 3, 012 are considered active.

There are currently a total of 85 active cases in the South West zone.

There have been 79 recoveries reported today, bringing that provincial total to 3,998.

There are currently 111 people in hospital. Ninety-two people are receiving inpatient care - 1 in the Far North West zone, 8 in the North West zone, 9 in the North Central zone,1 in the North East zone, 36 in the Saskatoon zone, 2 in the Central East zone, and 14 in the Regina zone.

Here in the South West zone there there are 2 people receiving inpatient care, and 19 in the South East zone.

There are currently 19 people in intensive care - 2 in the North West zone, 11 in Saskatoon, and 4 in Regina.

Here in the South West zone there are 2 people in intensive care.

There has been a total of 37 deaths related to COVID-19 in the province.

To date, there has been 326,871 COVID-19 tests processed in Saskatchewan.

And yesterday, there were 2,811 COVID-19 tests processed.
