In the November 16 COVID-19 update from The Saskatchewan Health Authority they reported a total of 181 new cases of the virus in the province.

Of those 181 new cases there are 11 in the Far North West zone, 5 in the Far North Central zone, 16 in the Far North East zone, 13 in the North West zone, 18 in the North Central zone, 11 in the North East zone, 41 in the Saskatoon zone, 5 in the Central East zone, 32 in the Regina zone, 17 in the South West zone, 2 in the South Central zone, and 5 in the South East zone. Five new cases have pending residence information.

Four cases with pending residence information were assigned as follows - 3 in the North Central zone, and 1 in the North East zone.

That brings the provincial total number of COVID-19 cases to 5,182, of which 1,928 are considered active.

In the South West zone there are 39 active cases.

There has been 60 more recoveries reported, bringing that provincial total to 3,223.

There are 68 people in hospital. Fifty-two people are receiving inpatient care - 1 in the Far North West zone, 3 in the North West zone, 6 in the North Central zone, 5 in the North East zone, 27 in the Saskatoon zone, 1 in the Regina zone, 2 in the South West zone, 1 in the South Central zone, and 6 in the South East zone.

There are currently 16 people in intensive care - 2 in the North Central zone, 7 in Saskatoon, 2 in the Central East zone, and 5 in Regina.

There have been a total of 31 deaths related to COVID-19.

To date, 300,838 COVID-19 tests have been processed in Saskatchewan.

And yesterday, 3,134 COVID-19 tests were done.
