The countdown to Frontier Days continues with the fair kicking off one week from Wednesday!

The grandstand shows, midway and CCA rodeo highlight the weekend's events, but there's a lot of free, family friendly events and activities at the fair. Gate admission is $5 for adults and students and free for kids 10 and under, and gets you access to a number of attractions at no additional cost, including:

  • Doc's Town Heritage Village, open from 5:00 to 7:00pm on Wednesday and 1:00 - 7:00pm Thursday to Saturday.
  • Innovation Credit Union "iCulture" stage at Hansen Park
  • The commercial exhibits at the Stockade open from 4:00 to 10:00pm on Wednesday, 12:00 to 9:00pm on Thursday and Friday, and 12:00 to 8:00pm on Saturday.
  • Freddy Fusion Science Magic Show in the Palliser Pavilion, at 5:00 and 7:00pm on Wednesday, 4:00, 6:30, and 7:30pm on Thursday and Friday and 1:00, 4:00, 6:00 and 8:00pm on Saturday.
  • Extreme Dogs in the Family Fun Zone between the Stockade and Palliser, 5:30 and 7:30pm on Wednesday, 3:30, 5:30 and 7:00pm on Thursday and Friday, and 1:30, 3:30, 5:30 and 7:30pm on Saturday.
  • "Canada's Steer Whisperer", Joel & Jasper all day around the grounds from Wednesday through Friday, and at intermission during the CCA Rodeo on Thursday and Friday (5:00pm from Magnus Newland Arena).
  • Livestock shows in the Bernie Kemick Show Ring all four days.
  • Heavy Horse Competition at Magnus Newland Arena (chore team competition at 10:00am Thursday and heavy horse pulls at 1:00pm on Friday and 5:00pm on Saturday.
  • Beard contest on Saturday at 3:00pm from Hansen Park.
  • Living Sky Casino Fireworks at the Grandstand Friday at 11:00pm.
