Lacrosse fans were entertained Wednesday night at S3 Arenas as the Swift Current Wolverines took a 20-18 win over an alumni team in a special exhibition game.

Adam Zanidean led the current squad with four goals and Ryder Turko picked up three goals and four assists while Paul Piche pitched in with three goals and a helper. Austin Klimm scored six goals for the alumni with Houston Finlayson adding four markers and Layne Cadrain picking up a pair of goals.

Fans at the game also brought in non-perishable food items that will be donated to the Salvation Army Food Bank.

The Wolverines play their next league game on Sunday in Regina.
