A Five Week Introduction to Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation

March 26-April 30

Pre-registration is required

Come and learn the basic techniques of learning to become compassionately aware to the present moment, on purpose. We will explore different tools for your meditation toolbox: attention to breath, attention to thoughts, attention to the body, attention to the emotions and attention to our walk through daily life. As Mindfulness is an experiential practice- one that has to be practiced to be beneficial- emphasis is put on the actual practice of meditation itself. To help support a daily at-home practice, audio meditations will be shared each week via email.

Practicing mindfulness is one way to gain a richer sense of being fully alive, and of gaining greater clarity, wisdom, freedom and joy in the process.

Learning over the five weeks is progressive so attending as many sessions as possible is helpful for understanding.

The cost for this course is $125. Financial assistance is available for those who require it, please ask.
