Adding to his selection as WHL Goalie of the Week, Swift Current Broncos goaltender Logan Flodell has been handed the weekly award by the CHL as well.

The 20-year-old product of Regina had a save percentage of .976, and a 1.00 GAA over two starts last week - both wins.

In a home contest against the Lethbridge Hurricanes on October 10, Flodell made 45 saves in a 6-2 Broncos win.

Then, once again at the Innovation Credit Union iPlex on October 13 against the visiting Vancouver Giants, Flodell earned his first shutout of the season and his first as a member of the Broncos, stopping all 38 shots in a 1-0 win.

The CHL Goaltender of the Week now has won seven straight starts in net for Swift Current, amassing a 2.00 GAA, and .940 save percentage this season.

Flodell and the Broncos look to improve on their 8-1-0-0 start to the 2017-18 WHL regular season, as they're southern Alberta-bound this Friday to face the Lethbridge Hurricanes.
