The Swift Current Broncos (7-0-0-0) have finally cracked the CHL's Top 10 ranking.

The #2-ranked Broncos were an honourable mention to the list last week, but wins against Saskatoon, Kootenay, Moose Jaw, and Lethbridge saw the southwest Saskatchewan WHL squad shoot up the list.

After the strong start, all three members of the Broncos' top line are top six in the WHL in scoring. Tyler Steenbergen sits in first (21 points), Aleksi Heponiemi is right on his heels tied for second (20), and captain Glenn Gawdin is tied for sixth in league scoring (16).

Swift Current trails only the Victoria Royals (7-0-1-0) on the CHL Top 10 list.

The Royals have outscored opponents 47-19 over the season's first eight games - Swift Current has topped the opposition 38-16 over a seven-game span.

The Broncos look to keep rolling in the 2017-18 regular season as they play host to the Vancouver Giants at the Innovation Credit Union iPlex tomorrow night.
