Day one of the Taylormade ProAm tournament is in the books at Moon Lake Golf & Country Club, and a pair of Swift Current golf professionals find themselves on the leaderboard.

Jeff Chambers, Elmwood Golf & Country Club's Head Professional, finds himself three strokes ahead of second place with an opening round score of -7.

Five shots behind Chambers on the leaderboard is Elmwood's Assistant Professional, Brennan Rumancik, who sits in a four-way tie for third place at -2.

Final round action gets underway today at Moon Lake with Chambers looking to carry his lead through the 36th and final hole. Meanwhile Rumancik, who won the 2017 Saskatchewan Zone PGA Championship, is looking to shoot up the leaderboard similar to Justin Thomas at last weekend's PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The winner of the Taylormade ProAm tournament receives an exemption into the 2018 PGA of Canada Championship.
