On to the next one.

Playing a winner take all game three, the Full Line Ag Female Midget 'AA' Broncos are still alive after defeating the Parkland Lions 3-0 in Melville Sunday afternoon.

Having their second chance in as many games to wrap up the best of three series, the Broncos made no mistake on Sunday, after falling 6-4 in game two.

Baylee Kirwan led the way for Swift Current, scoring two of their three goals.

It was her second straight two goal performance, after finding the back of the net twice as well in Friday's loss.

Kalea Sauder was the one to get Swift Current on the board first though.

The Broncos forward gave Swift Current a 1-0 lead just over eight minutes in to the hockey game.

Carrying the one goal lead as they entered the second period, it did not take long for Kirwan to double it to two.

Right as the 40th second of the middle frame passed, Kirwan beat Parkland goalie Cheyenne Jamieson, extending Swift Current's advantage to 2-0.

Thanks to the overall team play from the Broncos as well as strong goaltending from Swift Current goalie Amaya Giraudier, they continued to maintain their 2-0 lead well into the final minute of play, when Kirwan put home her second goal of the contest to secure the 3-0 victory and their spot in the league semi's.

Looking ahead to the South Saskatchewan Female Midget 'AAA' Hockey League semi-finals, Swift Current's opponent has yet to be determined.

They will play either the top ranked Estevan Panthers or the third seeded Regina Ravens, which will depend on how the Moose Jaw Mavericks and Regina Capitals series finishes.
