The SWT Pee Wee AA Broncos stayed atop the South Sask league standings with a win and tie in Estevan over the weekend.
Taking on the Bruins in their first game of 2019, Swift Current earned a 4-0 shutout win on Saturday in the southeast.
Berney Weston recorded the shutout for Swift, while Hudson Darby had a two-goal game.
Easton Lee (1 G, 1 A) and Kade Stringer (2 A) also recorded multi-point efforts, with Ryder Woods scoring the lone other goal for the Pee Wee Broncos.
The Pee Wee Broncos then drew for the third time this season, in a 5-5 result with Estevan.
Woods logged a two-goal game, while Lee and Parker Rondeau both had a goal and assist.
Darby also scored again for the Pee Wee AA Broncos, who move to 10-4-3 on the season.
The Pee Wee AA Broncos are back at home this weekend taking on the Weyburn Wings, with Saturday's game set for 5:45 p.m. at Fairview East.
