Under a month now until Under18 SaskFirst Female and Male Midget Tournaments in the provincial capital, and a combined 20 players either from, or playing their hockey in the southwest are set to take part.

 Among the 75 players at the U18 Female tournament set to be divided into teams are a large chunk of the Diamond Energy Female Midget AAA Wildcats roster, as well as a forward from the Full Line Ag Female Midget AA Broncos.

Another even ten from the extended southwest are on the list of 80 Male Midget players to be divided into teams in April as well.
