The court case involving an Assiniboia RCMP officer facing impaired-driving charges has been pushed back by a few weeks.

Sergeant Donald Duplissea made his second court appearance yesterday in Moose Jaw Provincial Court and his case was adjourned until August 29.

Duplissea was off-duty when he was arrested in the early morning hours of July 22 after a traffic stop that resulted in him being charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content above .08.
