Yesterday in Swift Current Provincial Court it was the third appearance for a man charged with second-degree murder.

Maple Creek's Ronald Plummer is in custody and appeared by video, and will be back again by video link on March 13.

Lesa Zoerb, also of Maple Creek, died because of a two-vehicle collision on Highway 21 two kilometres north of Maple Creek on October 7. Plummer's second-degree murder charge came from that incident.

He also has a charge of aggravated assault from an incident earlier that day, involving a different alleged victim.

Plummer was seriously injured in the collision.

New disclosure was sent from the Crown to the defence on Friday last week, and the adjournment is so it can be reviewed.
