The Village of Neville has received a facelift.

Earlier this year the Village Council decided to call in the help of the Commisionaires, based out of Regina, to help them clean up the nuisance vehicles and debris in the town.

The Mayor of Neville, Carolyn Robichaud says the cooperation of the community of about 86 people was tremendous and she is just so proud of the results.

She adds it was very important to do a clean up of the village. "It brings new people in. We've got a lot of new businesses moving in around the community, and I think that with the town cleaned up people are able to sell their houses if they're moving on..people moving in. It just looks more inviting to others."

Robichaud says the village is about 86% cleaned up and they will be hiring the Commisionaires again in the spring to help them out with issuing warning and orders to remedy, and keep the moving forward with the clean up.
