The two men charged in relation to the disappearance and death of Claude Landry made court appearances yesterday.

74-year-old Robert Arams, who's charged with first-degree murder and offering an indignity to a body, had his case adjourned in Moose Jaw Provincial Court yesterday morning to August 7.

David Prentice, charged on Monday with offering an indignity to a body, made his first court appearance at Regina Provincial Court yesterday where he was remanded in custody after his case moved to Wednesday.

RCMP say the investigation is ongoing and it still remains unclear when or where Landry's body has been found.
