Earlier this week two dead deer were found on the Chinook Golf Course.

Conservation officers have investigated the incident and believe that the deer died of natural causes as they were in very poor shape.

According to the Ministry of Environment, the deer died at the golf course and were later moved by the staff of the course to avoid attracting predators and scavengers.

One of the dead deer was found at the end of January, and the other was found in the third week of February.
