The Saskatchewan Party has taken a hit in popularity after the most recent budget.

A new Mainstreet poll shows the current government is sitting at 40 percent popularity with decided and leaning voters. That represents a seven per cent decrease from the last Mainstreet poll.

The NDP opposition has seen their numbers go the other way, getting 49 percent support from poll respondents.

The provincial Liberals sit at six percent support and the Green Party has five percent support.
