The Horse Show goes out at the Ron Winquist Arena west of Shaunavon from eight a.m. until eight p.m. on Saturday and also on Sunday from eight a.m. until about three p.m.

Joanne Thronberg is the Show Secretary. She says, "We've got anywhere from..we have a two year old entered all the way to, some years, we have 85 year olds entered. It's anything from halter classes to speed events, which is barrel racing, ring spear, Reining and Trail."

Thronberg says, so far, there are 54 horses entered in the Show this year, but you can still enter right up until show time.

Riders and their horses come from all over Saskatchewan and Alberta.

The public is welcome to come out and watch. There will be a concession on the grounds.
