In the November 24 COVID-19 update from The Saskatchewan Health Authority, they are reporting a total of 175 new cases of the virus in the province.

The seven-day average of daily cases is 209 (17.3 new cases per 100,000 population)

Of the 175 new cases there are 5 in the Far North West zone, 5 in the Far North Central zone, 13 in the Far North East zone, 14 in the North West zone, 5 in the North Central zone, 4 in the North East zone, 28 in the Saskatoon zone, 9 in the Central West zone, 2 in the Central East zone, 70 in the Regina zone, 3 in the South West zone, 9 in the South Central zone, and 4 in the South East zone. Four new cases have pending residence information.

Five cases with pending residence information were assigned as follows - 1 to the Far North East zone, 3 to the North Central zone, and 1 to the North West zone.

This brings the provincial number of COVID-19 cases to 6,883, of which 2,927 are considered active.

There are currently 83 active cases in the South West zone.

There were 112 recoveries reported today, bringing that provincial total to 3,919.

There are 105 people in hospital. Eighty-five of those people are receiving inpatient care - 7 in the North West zone, 10 in the North Central zone, 1 in the North East zone, 32 in the Saskatoon zone, 2 in the Central East zone, 11 in the Regina zone, 2 in the South West zone, and 20 in the South East zone.

There are currently 20 people in intensive care - 2 in the North West zone, 1 in the North Central zone, 10 in Saskatoon, 2 in the South West zone, and 5 in Regina.

There have been a total of 37 deaths related to COVID-19.

To date, 324,060 COVID-19 tests have been processed in Saskatchewan.

And yesterday there was 3, 174 COVID-19 tests processed.
