Twenty five year old Naomi Grattan of Swift Current appeared via telephone in Swift Current Provincial Court on Monday morning.

Grattan was arrested during a search of a Swift Current resident located in the 100 block of the North Service Road, on May 9 at eight p.m.  where police located three syringes containing Fentanyl, four grams of Fentanyl, and 500 mg of Crystal Meth, along with two grams of Amphetamines and an abundance of drug paraphernalia.

She was remanded into custody with her next court appearance scheduled for June 10 at 9:30 a.m. in Swift Current Provincial Court.

Grattan is charged with the following:

1) Possession for the purpose of trafficking contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drug and Substances Act

2) Three counts of Possession of a controlled substance under section 4(1) of the CDSA

3) Failing to comply with a Court Release Order contrary to Section 145(3) of t he Criminal Code after being released from Court on May 6, 2020.
