You have a chance to hit the links with some Bronco greats this weekend.
The WW Smith Insurance Swift Current Broncos Alumni Golf Classic goes Saturday at the Elmwood Golf Club.
"I'm excited, because we have 30 guys coming back this year," said Jeremy Rondeau, who played four seasons with the Broncos from 1994-99, and is helping co-ordinate the tournament. "Last year was 34, I think that was the highest we've ever had, but it will be nice to see everything come together. Lots of work to do in preparation for the tournament, and then Friday and Saturday morning, just getting ready to go."
Rondeau encourages golfers to come down to the course by 10:30am to register in time for the Calcutta at 11:30 and alumni introductions at 12:15.
The players are hitting Elmwood for a special round with major tournament sponsors on Friday.
Some of the names coming back this year include Todd Holt, Ben Ondrus, Darren Kruger, Justin Dowling and a host of others.
