The Southwest Athletic Conference (SWAC) crowned its Junior Basketball League champions Thursday evening.

Rounding out the SWAC League season, a couple slim margins of victory were exercised.

In the Junior Girls final, the Waldeck Warriors earned a 46-45 win over the SCCHS Grade 9 Ardens on a basket in the dying seconds.

Meanwhile, in the Junior Boys final, the Herbert Laurels sunk the SCCHS Grade 9 Colts 53-49.
