The Swift Current Provincial Court will have a new judge presiding soon.

In 2007, he shifted to the public sector working for SGI's legal department and climbed the ranks to Associate General Counsel.

He returned to the private sector in 2018 to join Saskatchewan's McKercher LLP before being appointed as a judge in Meadow Lake in April of 2021.
