The Swift Current Pure Chem U15 AA Broncos weren't able to use home-ice advantage in their provincial final series opener tonight.

Five unanswered goals by the visiting Saskatoon Bandits sunk the Pure Chem Broncos 5-1.

Gull Lake's Sam Kirwan opened the games scoring halfway through the first period assisted by Wesley Olson and Parker Rondeau.

The Bandits took over the game's scoring in the second netting a pair of goals and adding a trio more in the third period to pull away with the victory.

Swift Current netminder Berney Weston made 32 saves in the loss.

The U15 AA Broncos will look to rebound in game two Saturday in the Bridge City.
