January is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.

This year’s theme is "Head’s Up For A Healthier Brain".

Understanding Alzheimer’s Disease and learning to communicate with its sufferers is the focus of an informational meeting at the Swift Current Public Library tonight.

Lauren Rezansoff, a Librarian, invites the public to learn more about this debilitating disease.

Shirley Kerr from the Saskatchewan Branch of the Alzheimer’s Society will host tonight’s session.

The meeting goes tonight at 7:00 at the Library.

There is no cure for Alzheimer’s Disease, and the damage from the disease is permanent.
